SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In Policy

Program description

Clean Indeed (“we”, “us”) operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and (only if you separately opt in) occasional promotions to clients who request text notifications.

How customers opt in

Customers can opt in to text messages from Clean Indeed in the following ways, and only these ways:

  • Quote & Booking form — On the public /quote page, customers enter their phone number and check an unchecked-by-default box that reads:
By checking this box and providing my phone number, I agree to receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and service-related text messages from Clean Indeed at the number provided, including messages sent via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms at /sms-policy.
  • Client portal — Existing clients signed into their /portal account can enable “Text messages (SMS)” under Notifications. The same disclosure language above is shown and stored at the time they enable SMS.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not buy, rent, or share phone lists, and we never opt customers into SMS without an explicit, affirmative action (a checkbox or toggle the customer turns on themselves).

Types of messages you may receive

  • Booking request received / confirmed
  • Appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before a cleaning)
  • Day-of arrival window or crew updates
  • Rescheduling or cancellation notices
  • Replies from our team about your specific job

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings — typically 2–6 messages per scheduled cleaning. Promotional messages, if you separately opt in, are limited to no more than 4 per month.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to messages you send and receive. Clean Indeed does not charge for SMS notifications.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages from us. You can also disable text messages from the client portal under Notifications, or contact us directly to be removed.

Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and any messaging metadata are used solely to deliver the SMS notifications you have requested and to operate our cleaning service. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records (including the exact disclosure language above, the timestamp, and the page where consent was given) are retained as proof of opt-in and for compliance with applicable laws including the TCPA.
